Title: Vw stock 10 speaker sound system
Post by: Mk5jake on January 28, 2014, 09:13:42 am
Hello, I have the vw 10 speaker sound system in my edition 30 with the rns 510, I'm not overly impressed with the sound, the treble is brilliant but the bass is lacking somewhat, because I have this upgraded sound system fitted from factory dose this mean I have an amplifier, or is it just a case of vw just added a few more speakers over the standard system ?

Thanks

Jake

if you are lucky enough to have an amp, it'll be under one of the seats check there, more than likely you just have the 10 speaker system, i had 510 as standard in my car and it came with 10 as well

If you have the optional sound pack system installed then you need to code the 510 for it.
