Evening everyone,

Been on the forum a few months now but never posted, Just want to say this is by far the best forum I've been on. I've had vauxhalls for 10 years and wanted to get the Mrs a car that I know will be safe for her and and our daughter while I'm offshore so bought her a gti. Every time I come back from work I'm buzzing to drive it. So thanks for all the info on here. Standard at the moment but I think I'm going to keep this for myself and buy her a scirocco so I can basically go mental with it.

All good so far apart from eml came on, had a mate plug it in with VCDS, MAF sensor. So bought one yesterday with some plugs and a new diverter valve. Had coils changed from VW with the recall. Getting a misfire on cylinder 3 so going to swap one of the coils over tomorrow when I fit everything else and see what happens. If it's the coil again VW will change that out again. Happy days
