Title: Advice on splitting bbs rs861

Hi I'm thinking of repainting the centers of my 19" bbs rs861 and I would like some advice on wheather or not it's safe to remove the centers with the tyers still fitted to the rim , thanks

I'd take the tyres off if I were you

I took the centers out of my 3 piece splits with tyres still on.

Stupidly thought I could fully take them to bits but I couldn't ha!

I did let the air out tho
