Title: boot popper from key?

hey, anyone done it? opening the boot from your key?
easy etc?

Common mod......

Boot Pop Kit Part Numbers below.

2x Skoda Fabia Gas Struts                    6Y0 827 550 C      
2x Scirocco (sprung) Pump stops          1K8 827 761 D.    
2x Seat Leon Ball pins                           1J6 827 439 A    


A "How to" guide on fitting the Boot Pop Kit (includes VCDS bits).......

It's about £50 for the various bits so pretty cheap. May still be able to get the bits through the GB that ran a while ago.....

Am I right in thinking that when the weather gets really cold, the boot can be a pig to open?
