Title: Euro performance helppppppp

Have ordered some coilovers maybe a bit hastily with out looking at reviews from www.europerformace.co.uk on the 31st of January. And they still havnt arrived...

Now looking the reviews some people have never received parts.. Anyone else had this I'm a bit worried I have there address and there phone number but they don't answer phone or respond to emails.

I have called them and emailed no answer at all.

Yes paid by credit card have rang bank and the dispute department for HSBC don't work weekends  :scared:
So got to wait till Monday!

Send them an email but title it something like "price for parts please" so yo know they'll read it. State you will be requesting a charge back from your bank as they have failed to supply you the goods ordered and you have not been able to contact them despite trying.

Give them a realistic time frame, Say Tuesday to call you if they don't, start a charge back.
