Just bought myself these Porsche RH Turbos single piece removed from a Porsche Carrera 7.5j fronts & 10j rears for my Steel Grey Edition 30. Wheels are booked in Monday for a full refurb but can't decide on what colour to go with. So if anyone has any colour suggestions? :happy2:

10j rears should be fun!
-
I like that colour... :ashamed:
You got any colours in mind we can pick from?
-
what colour you gonna refurb those rear arches..... does that not rub like a mutha....
-
I actually like that colour as well. Need some more pics :happy2:

Wheel colour is great, perhaps just doesn't work as smartly on a Steel Grey MK5?
I'd be looking at a soft anthracite (maybe a matte finish, so there's contrast against the Steel Grey paintwork) or something a bit different, maybe a mature red or off silver? Don't know how brave you want to be
I've always wanted to see some VAG wheels in Audi's Suzuka Grey which appears a bluey-cream in most lights, fantastic colour in gloss or matte I reckon :happy2:

Only have this other photo filling up, as I only done a test fit then there coming off tomorrow then dropped off Monday.

Hardly any rubbing apart from when going over speed bumps.

thanks mate, I'm thinking either Candy Red or Hyper Silver lip with Steel Grey inside? Not 100% though.

Nope only rub when going over speed bumps.

Thanks mate, either way they need a refurb as there's a few marks on them.

Ye exactly my point mate, the current colour doesn't do the wheels any favours. I'm feeling brave for Candy Red but then again maybe a darker shade of Grey might pull it off. Suzuka Grey is a lovely colour just not 100% though on my car.
Smoked chrome :driver:
Good shout mate! :happy2:

Thanks mate, everyone says that but they don't rub when driving at all.
Red
Candy Red?

So Candy Red, Smoked Chrome & Hyper Silver lip with Steel Grey inside. Any other suggestions? :popcornsoda:
-
Bronze....
I wouldn't go candy red, too bright! Maybe a dark red?
I think a few photoshops would be handy? (I can't do this though)
-
Yeah I think red would look great on the grey. It's a risk but one that will defo pay off :happy2:
-
Candy blue
-
Body colour or orange

Not a fan of Bronze, but ye photoshops would be handy. :signLOL:

That's exactly what I'm thinking.
Candy blue
Don't think Candy Blue will do any favours.
Body colour or orange
Steel Grey is a maybe, Orange is a no go.
-
Mint green or
Pastel duck egg blue
Not sure porsche colour names
-
I wouldn't go Anything bright as it'll ruin the wheels
A nice dull colour would look smart! Even matching the colour of your car would look cool.

I've just had my bentley wheels done this colour... I'm picking my car up tomorrow so can get better pictures.
The colour is a Ferrari argento grey I think it's called

Ferrari Red is best......... :happy2:

What did you decide on then?? :popcornsoda:

I think a contrast in colour and sparkly silver. Dull wheels on dull coloured cars hides the wheels. I think certain wheels need to stand out and be seen.
