I'd say so on the gear nob, just not to sure on the dials? Are they highline?
I won a set of diesal highline clocks a few days ago for £50 posted!

I looked at that knob earlier but it was already ended. If it's of any importance though, I noticed that there is no chrome surround and plastic attached to the bottom of the gator for fitting.
