Title: Broken High level Stop Lamp
Post by: Peter85 on February 26, 2014, 01:57:05 pm
Hi Chaps

My high level stop lamp has "stopped working" :-) on my edition 30, i have spoken to VW who are saying that the have to remove the spoiler which is bonded on and this could lead to a body repair job so expensive.

Has anyone on here had the same problem, if so how did you fix it? Is the edition 30 spoiler + light same as a normal Gti?

Any help would be much appreciated

Haves a read.... It's a £400 job if you go vw cause of the spoiler breaking whilst removing..

Have a go yourself, I'm waiting on good weather to have a go at mine  :happy2:

The light is only £40 from vw
