Title: Edition 30 Owners... I need your help

So, some bleeping bleep has pinched the towing eye cover from my ed30 lower valance! I have been to VW to sort a new one out, but I am not convinced it is the correct one, it just doesnt seem to fit right! Its the only one listed that comes primed, and was p/n 1C0 807 241A

I am after confirmation of the actual p/n if anyone can help?

I have searched the forum, but have only found p/n' for r32 covers

Its a 2008.

Are there different shape ed30 lower valances then?

My vehicle is not an ed30, its a gt sport, but had the ed30 front & rear valances factory fitted
