Title: Key help

What do all the buttons do? I know obviously one click on unlock does drivers door, two clicks unlocks all, hold down for full open. Press lock once to lock? And twice switches the interior alarm off or something? Hold lock for full closure. It's the locking part I'm confused with I've heard different things? How would I know if the alarm is on or off?
