Title: How do I sell my private number plate privately?

My private number plate is currently on retention and the assignment fee is paid. I have a private buyer ready to buy my plate but I don't know how to transfer the details. Any help would be grateful.

You need only page two but read the note section really simple!

The plate isn't going straight onto another car yet. The guy just wants to buy it and keep it for a while. What part do I fill up? Sorry for the really nooby questions.

On the V317 you need to complete sections 2 and 4

How you complete section 4 is dependant on how your being paid for your registration?

Now it's all making sense. Ideally I should print the form and read it properly. Squinting my eyes and reading it on my phone is giving me a headache lol. Thanks fella.
