Title: Pirelli Paint code
Post by: gixerben on March 15, 2014, 01:45:21 pm
Hi guys, the missus used the car today and now I have a curbed wheel

Anybody know the paint code for the Pirelli wheels?

I'd be interested in knowing this as well. One of mine has been repainted in the past and the colour match is poor.

I had this issue when I bought mine. I had minor damage on all four and decided that since the paint finish isn't all that great on these I'd be better off not trying to get it matched but have them all refurbished.

Thanks guys, I just contacted the last owner who informed me that he had the wheels refurb'd by his own business with a one off latex paint

The good news is that he has some left over, which he is going to send me so should be able to fix the scuffs.

I did contact my local TPS and was informed that VW don't have paint codes for wheels, so if they get mashed again it will be a four wheel refurb in a colour as close as the one I have now.

Keep the info coming.
