Title: Alan Day City - Bad Service
Post by: ideaboy on March 16, 2014, 11:03:08 am
Hi,

I recently took my mk5 gti there to have a front left sidelight fitted, after fitting it they said it still didn't work and I have to pay £75 investigation fee for them to find out the problem

Yesterday I took it to Nirro who first said they would try a bulb to see if it was the bulb, and guess what if worked,
I've emailed Alan day city to complain and ask for my £8.23 refund for a dodgy bulb they fitted that didn't work.

Let us know how you get on.  It's possible to be impressed by a company's efforts to please a dissatisfied customer.

Is this the one on southwark Bridge?

TBH, they have no clue I wouldn't advise going back.

My mates good friends with the parts manager and even he don't have a clue.

It's the new one off the highway, you should see the bad reviews it's received, so many if you google it.
