Title: Where to get this front lip?

As title have been trying to find this front lip but so far can't find any remotely similar. The picture came up when I was searching my paint code and is from a foreign site. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a non-GTI Votex lip to me :happy2:

+1. If it is the votex lip, I think the part number is 1KM0716099AX.
