HI Guys,
Just a quick question, whats the best (all things considered Day to day driving and pressing on) lowering springs? thinking about 25-35mm drop.
A little stiffer wouldn't be problem but i don't want the springs to turn it into a bone shaker.
I am on the standard 17" monzas.
Cheers
Andy

Try the search function, this topic is discussed very often. :happy2:
Eibach sportline or H&R are the most popular

I have tried the search function but there are that many results its quicker to start a post.
I was fancying the H&R so will look into these..
Cheers

depends what your after, i did a 30mm drop and functionality hasn't changed

Had the H&Rs fitted last Friday & can't fault them tbh, the ride is a bit firmer but not hard IMO & most of my driving is on B roads.
-
I went for Eibachs - the pro kit not sportline as the pro kit is a slightly less severe drop and gives a better ride.
-
Cheers guys, much appreciated.
think i will be going H&R.

I just put Eibach Sportlines on mine and its a nice drop. So much tighter around corners too. Not firm at all only criticism would be that it feels slightly bouncier than it used to. But that's what you get with the standard dampers and the kind of drop the sportlines give. I can live with it though as am only keeping the car another year and as I say the car feels much tighter and imo the drop is spot on!
I've no experience with H&Rs though. GL with whatever you do!
