Title: Vw Audi tracker system

Hope this is right section to post this in but I have found a genuine brand new tracker system for £25 can anyone shed any light on this part no. ZGB000054991? I put it in Google and very little comes up about it. Fitting, activation, costs etc. any info would be most appreciated.
