Title: Got my Gti today :)
Post by: Calproc on March 28, 2014, 05:11:25 pm: Hi all, got my first golf mk5 Gti today and I love it. It's an 08 plate reflex silver 3 door with 52k miles and fsh. Is there anything that I should be thinking of doing maintenance wise?

What does the service show?
Have a search then - there are loads of posts on what to do.

Just oil changes and air filters. Done at the main dealer.

Check the DV and pcv valve

Plus cam belt and brake fluid if not shown

Generally yes, this is deemed the best OEM DV.
