Pressure washer should bring them up. Or just spare 5 mins and take the wheels off?

What about a light dilution of G101 with some detailing brushes

The wheels determine how easy they are to clean. With monzas, they're a piece of piss. When I snowfoam the car, I can clean with detailing brushes. If there's anything more difficult, than any APC works fine.

I'd say you'll need to do a proper job on them first with the wheels off (Wheel cleaner,Colour restorer, and polish/wax), it'll be worth it in the long run I then never had to get the wheels off to get them bright and shiny as a quick squirt with the pressure washer normally sorted it or I had one of the cheap wheel brushes you could poke through the gaps for any stubborn parts.
