Title: 19" Rims - looking for suggestions
Post by: xxx_mojo_xxx on October 10, 2009, 10:59:44 pm: Considering upgrading the rims to 19". Looking for suggestions. Please include photos, approx cost, and special features/advantages.

What kind of budget are we looking at?

I had BBS CH black editions on mine at 19". They looked the business, but for me...I wanted something that gave me a better handling feel, so went down in rim size. :smiley:

Budget wise...I have no idea. Want to see the options and what they cost and go from there (if that makes sense).

think the bbs ch are Â£1600 with out tyres

They haven't really affected the ride/handling much and pop up on ebay.de for around 1300 euros without tyres. You could defo do better for ride and handling purposes but they suit me as my car isn't even mapped!!! :sad1:

i was looking for them alloys for mine but gave up in the end-as you say very very rare alloys

Now if you can get em to fit a golf? I don't know mate. But there are so many rep's on the streets, i am sure they will be available.
