Title: Mk5 Edition 30 and 25th Anniversary

Im from Ireland and currently have both the above cars. The anniversary is for sale tho. I don't have a build number for my edition 30 anyone know if it still is possible to find out what number it is and get a badge?

For the Build Number and Plaque contact WV customer services on 0800 0833914. Give them all your details (telling them your after your "individually numbered Golf GT Edition 30 plaque") and if one has not been previously sent out to a former owner one will be sent to you for free. If one has been sent out before then you will not get one.

IIRC you will need to send them (via email) a copy of your Reg Document showing its your car and they go from there.

I delt with a chap called Matthew Young but lots of peeps have delt with a lass called Jenny (I think).

Post by: Tortaruga on April 06, 2014, 12:41:56 am: I just picked the first numbers that entered my head. I then carved "GOLf GTI number 8276943520" on to a block of 4x2 and bonded it to the dash. It looks mint and saves all that hassle.

Chrome Ashtray cover part number: 1K0857351D 44U

That ashtray cover was a pain to fit, and It left two lovely marks on my trim around the dsg stick. So will have to order that trim and fix it! :scared:
