Fit a interior from a new Scirocco into my 5-door MK5 Golf? Also does the steering wheels have the same airbag component?

I think the fronts would go in ok but you would defo have problems with the rear seats

I use vw flensburg when i buy parts, and they have confirmed that the mk V airbag is the same/fits the mk VI steering wheel  :happy2:
