Title: Rust -after warranty repair

Noticed today that one of my repaired under warranty wings is bubbling again. Am I entitled to go back to the dealer here in NI and complain?

I did have to pay about £70 towards my repair but am well p***ed off at the shoddy standard I obviously got leaving them rusting again!
