Just wondered if anyone has experience using chemical guys products?
Noticed quite a few people at early addition using the fast detailing sprays to finish off their cars with great effect
Not seen them mentioned in this section so just unsure whether they're any good or not
In particular was looking at getting the Eco smart RU, extreme synthetic detailer and the silk shine dressing
Interested in people thoughts :popcornsoda:

I've use both these products! The detailer is absolutely brilliant, after driving to a show, i use this to get all crap thats ended up on the car from the drive and it gets everything off. It also gives the car a nice shine once applied :) The silk shine is good also. I mainly use it on interior panels and it gives them a cleaner, darker look to the plastic :)

Thanks for the reply josh :happy2:

Tried a load of products over the years, now I'm 90% chemical guys.
I use their gloss detailer, jetseal 109 is the best sealant I've ever seen, glassworks, bug and tar remover, xxx wax, black wax, cherry and lemon/lime air freshened. All are great.
Tend to use Meg's clay as halfords stock it, bilberry wheel cleaner and it's good vfm, and menzerna polish with my DA as it came with it.

I have the extreme synthetic detailer... I needed a non wax containing QD to wipe down cars after applying a wax as applying waxes with applicators and cloths can cause static, attracting dust.
I bought it mainly because it was cheap and had good reviews, but it was also purple which for me was always a good thing :)
Does the job, don't need to use very much. Got about 1/4 of a bottle left and gonna buy some more.

Thanks guys gonna get some ordered and see how I get on with them :happy2:

Ok so my chemical guys stuff arrived today finally
In the end I ordered
Xxx hardcore paste wax
200g Clay bar with luber spray
Eco smart RU
3pk or deluxe microfibre towels
Extreme synthetic detailer
Yet to try any of it out as the weather is all over the place at the moment :fighting:
Everything turned up fine in my order but instead of the extreme synthetic detailer I've been sent some vintage series speed wipe :stupid: not sure why as the ESD was and still is in stock so might give them a call or just stick with it and try it out as it's a similar product
Couldn't order the silk shine dressing as it was out of stock but itching to give these a go :jumpmove:
