If VW want to peddle a 40th anniversary edition of the golf, then how about making a simple version of the car - this was surely why the golf was so successful. Basic, affordable, reliable.
Guess that doesn't fit with the marketing, or price points of the model & brand now, so instead we have this vile creation!
