After a decent wet look tyre shine that isnt daft money,
Just wondering what people are using.
On my clio i used a product called concept. Give the tyres a really wet look, but after a while in the sunlight it made the tyres look brown!!
Tryed autoglym tyreshine and autosmart, but i find i dont really like how it comes out white and stays white on the tyre

The turtlewax stuff is pretty good. Lasts a good while.
Meguiars is good too, and smells great
-
Will have to keep my eye out, how much is it roughly
-
Yeah Megs Endurance are one of the ones we still use :innocent:
-
Meguiars endurance.
-

Another vote for Megs Endurance. Lasts as long as you;d expect and gives a nice wet look to the tyre when used. Got mine for £8 off Amazon at the time
-
Couldn't be arsed going halfords, so just ordered some of zee bay
Carnt wait for it to stop raining so can try it out!!
-
I have used Poorboys natural look for some time, slightly more pricey than the Meg's but equally as good in my humble opinion
-
i Have the turtle wax Tyre and bumper gel, lasts quite some time.
-
Only issue with Megs endurance is that it can be very oily if too much is applied, and ends up done the sides of the car :sad1:
My personal choice would be Zaino Z16 tyre shine, isn't oily and makes the tyres look New and not dripping wet like an over oiled American Wrestler
-
Megs endurance all day every day :)
-
meg endurance. I've had the same bottle for about 2 years :) lasts ages!
-
Meguires came today..... Gotta say i love it!!
Did the tyres on the golf, the quad and my mates car.
Very impressed
Thanks for you input guys
-
Megs endurance for me. Just a nice amount on each tyre applied with a proper applicator sponge thingy.
Had my bottle years and apply it quite often

Valet Pro Classic Protectant is a product definitely worth trying. I can say that it is fairly durable and also economical as it can be diluted depending on use. Besides tyres, it works fantastic on GTI's black plastic skirts and front and rear aprons. http://www.valetpro.co.uk/protect/talos-protectant.html

I can honestly say I've never had that and i've been using it for years. only if applied to wet tyres and you'd have that issue with any tyre gel.
never used the zaino tyre shine so can't comment on that.

Doesn't last long at all.

Perhaps try it, you might see what I'm talking about. I've used both, and the Z16 gives a better look, with no oily residue .

Don't use the 3M tyre restorer, it is utterly sh*te. It's a spray that does every where, looks good for about a day them leaves tyres looking grey and old within no time.
-
where i work we use auto smart highlight universal dressing ,not sure on the price but good stuff.
