Some tool decided to spray a load of containers near where I work and the overspray has gone over all the cars in the car park :fighting: I decided to park my car elsewhere as soon as I saw this guy prepping everything, it was a few hundred yards away and everyone thought I was being a bit over the top moving the car. The paint thats gone on the vehicles is not visible but has left a rough surface to the touch.
This guy is apparently from the travelling community so I'm thinking the worst here in that we'll get nothing from him. Anyone any ideas whats the best way to get this overspray off the cars.

A clay bar will get it off

Machien polish with fast cut compound

+1 clay bar with a decent cut should take most if not all off. I'd go down that route first before machine polishing

Clay bar. Your car has been detailed and corrected before so your clearcoat will be smooth and easy to remove this overspray :happy2:

Cheers guys :happy2:. I've just ordered a Megs clay kit. Should be here tomorrow. Even though I parked my car down the road with the wind in the opposite direction I've still obtained a bit of overspray :sad1:. Wipers definitely sound slightly abrasive on the windscreen and one or two of the panels feel slightly rough.
Hopefully my painter friend will be back Monday so we can have a quiet word.
