Hi guys any ideas where my AUX is says ive got it but cant find it?

There is a possibility that the headunit has one built in but it was put in afterwards unless you can tell us otherwise? If it was put in after the initial set-up, the person may have not retrofitted an AUX port into the car despite it having a connection. To complete the set-up, you will need to buy a socket and wire to plug it into the back of the headunit and into one of those blank buttons beside the gear stick.

Should be in the centre console or glove box, if not then highly likely it is built into the headunit and you will need to run a lead from the back....

When you say, "it says I've got one but can't find it" do you mean you have the AUX button on the radio and can't find the female jack plug?

I fitted mine last year, it too months to find the right kit and then also work out how to mod the plug on the back of the radio but got there in the end.

Here's the part number for the kit... 1k0998940

Comes with aux plug, wire harness and socket that replaces the glove box light but you can be creative and mount that somewhere else!

I just lost the glove box light and put it there.

30 minutes of DIY work for me, I had never even touched my car prior to this!

That AUX switch will not work with the MFD2 :(

Ah, I installed it when I was changing over my RCD210 to RCD310.
