Damage goes about 1/3 of the way around the rim of the wheel, is this going to need a full refurb? Thanks in advance!

Get a mobile wheel refurbishment company to sort that out. You could defo get away with just the lip being refurbed. A lot of car traders use such people to touch up wheels
