Title: Uprated rear ARB & SS kit?

Looking at buying an uprated rear ARB (heard this helps on an individual basis more than a front ARB?) and also a short shift kit for my MK5 GTI... Where's the best and cheapest plc to purchase these items? For my Prev ED30 I bought a Bilstein B12 Kit for around £500 of German ebay. Worth going on there again? Kit was brand new
