Title: Problem with boost gauge pod fitment
Post by: Syrag64 on May 12, 2014, 06:55:16 pm
I purchased 1 of the mk5 in front of dials pods and gauge from awesome but whilst fitting the pod it seems to be too big and is touching the front of the oem dial surround, has anyone else had problems fitting these pods?

Underneath the steering wheel is the column adjustment leaver which allows you to lift/lower the height if the steering wheel and also pull it more towards you or closer to the dials.
pull it down and pull the steering wheel forward, the pod will now fit. push the leaver back in and your done  :happy2: just abit of advice, rub down the pod where it meets the steering wheel as it may rub which will drive you insane
