After buying a set of R32 Recaro CS Seat last year off a fellow forum member, I sent them to MJ and got him to trim them in MK6 GTD cloth (TRUE WORK OF ART) After them sitting for ages finally got round to fitting them. Well a mate did. To my horror i dont find them very comfortable and there is is a horrible creeking noise coming from them :surprised: But i will live with it(APART FROM THE CREEKING) cause there gorgeous :happy2: What i wanted to ask is, Has any other forum member's found them to be uncomfortable and have any you suffered the creeking noise? Any help would be amazing. I would post up pic's if i knew how :ashamed:

Sat in some this morning (Focus Rs) and although they look really nice I can't remember thinking they where particularly comfy. Quite supportive though :happy2:

I find mine far more comfortable then the original leather seats fitted to the car, because they are firmer and hold you in place better. The softer original seats used to give me and my wife a bad back.
I think, however, you'll find that 'comfort' is a personal thing and one mans comfort is another mans pain.
My seats don't make any noise.

I have them in my R32 and find them very comfortable, but the annoying creaking noise comes from the seatbelt buckle rubbing against the side of the seat - stick some adhesive-backed fabric on the buckle and this should solve it :happy2:

The R32 bucket seats are not Recaro CSs, they are quite a bit different. The GENUINE CS's (not the Corsa VXR ones) are quite a bit tighter at the bottom around your legs I find, and seem to give a bit more shoulder support.
The R32/S3/RS4 seats are very comfortable and I've never had any creaks? sure it's not your bones
