There's a bloke round my area does DNA remaps, can't seem to find any reviews on them, anybody got one or had one done on there's, what's it's like ?

If you can't find any reviews of them on here, then there is a chance they dont have a big reputation as a Golf GTI tuner.
The advice a lot of guys on here would give, is stick to a tuner that is well prasied on the forum, that way you know you are getting a quality product with the after-care if required.
In all honesty, the latest & best mapping techniques and understanding of the TFSI are the tuners which are typically the most popular :happy2:
try a search or a flick through a few pages of the mk5 general area or the performance mods section, lots of great advice and experience
Dont be afraid to travel to get the right product, plus the drive home will be great fun :driver:

Belive dna is a big company who supply tuners worldwide with software

iirc martziniuk originally had a DNA map on his car.

Correct. I had stage 1,2 & 2+ With DNA. I had 2+ dyno'd at RS Tuning (Dyno Dynamics) which gave 280bhp. They couldn't quite get the K04 conversion map right so I had to change tuners. They also have their own High spec Tfsi Cupra which they used to race.

Currently running a stage 2+ map on my Eddie. Far superior over my old stage 2 map and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be using again!
