any one know how long it should take to remove the turbo from a 140 gt tdi 2005

Depends on how much knowledge you have and how good you are with tools ?
May take someone 2 hours and others 2 days lol

not broken as such keep getting overbost pretty sure its coked up so off it will come and have a nice bath

If you remove the drive shaft it's a simple enough job 3-4 hours if you want to enjoy it!

However, if you've got that fault I suggest replacing the oil feed pipe (cause too may get choked up and bearing failure typically follows that fault).
