Right next weekend I'm going to be fitting my NQSBBK
I have the calipers/brackets/lines that came of a audi that will fit.
Ive also bought new discs, and i have the shims i read are worth getting.
Problem i have now is brake fluid seems the standard stuff is fine?
If I'm fitting my new calipers and bleeding them how much would i need?
I found this on ebay..
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRAKE-FLUID-DOT-4-1-LITRE-VW-Golf-Hatchback-Edition-30-MK-5-2003-2010-2-0L-2-/201054724643?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2ecfcba223
Is the correct stuff?
Would 1 litre do or is that over kill? I see they also sell 250ml bottles?
Thanks
Rick

I would flush the entire system when changing the calipers.
One litre should suffice but I would get two just in case.
As for brake fluid, go to your dealer and get the approved stuff.
