Waited in all day for them to collect between 8am 6pm
No sign of them and no contact !
Looking at google gives some clue !
Now i have waited in all day and the parcel has not been collected , i didn't book them to come and collect , it was the buyer !
Lets see what their answer is when the buyer of my Roof Bars contacts them !

That doesn't sound encouraging as I was going to use them next week... :sad1:

Sold some Atlanta 16" alloys on ebay about 18 months ago, the buyer wasn't able to collect them in person so arrange for them to be collected instead using Paisley Freight. Waited in all day from them to collect the wheels and they didn't show. Collection was rebooked and again they didn't turn up. On the third attempt they did turn up but the driver had the greatest couldn't be arsed to get out of the van to arrogance ratio i have ever seen in a human being. It was literally like Kevin from the Fast Show when he finally got out the van.
The wheels were well packaged and photos taken of each after being wrapped but two of them managed to get damaged in transit which i expect was due to the driver chucking them in the back of the van.
Would i EVER use them again. Not a chance!

If you're looking for alternatives don't bother with myHermes either.

Quite surprised at this because I've used them a few times to send big items and never had a problem. I was recommended to use them by a mate who sells car parts for living and he's happy with them too.

I know loads of people who have sold bikes and used them and theyve been spot on

Iv used them loads for wheels and exhausts without issue. They subcontract to citylink.

I had a nightmare with them and a range rover interior I bought, no show 3 times, in the end I paid £30 for a 24H palate delivery company and everything was spot on. They even provided the palate and wrapped for me.
That said PF collected from me on Tuesday (buyer arranged) a pair of side skirts. It was TNT who turned up about 2pm and everything was spot on.
Luck of the draw it seems.....
