Any one know what the stealers are charging to fit a complete aircon set up inc radiator?

Sounds mechanical sh*te, as soon as I turn it on or even the heater it sounds like it's mechanical struggling.

No cold air comes through the aircon either, it's just like no aircon type coldness.

Also the radiator looks like it's been on a firing range due to stone chips and bent fins etc.

 so I'm left in to minds as just rip the whole lot out and cry in the summer to get a bit more air into the cooler or pay someone to replace the whole thing and gas it/set it up. I know the missus answer and also mine in august sat in traffic

Don't pay a stealer full price for a second-rate service.  This is outside their usual work.

The air-con world is full of people who'll charge you for a compressor when all you need is a valve or re-gas.  I can recommend http://www.vgsuk.co.uk/ (http://www.vgsuk.co.uk/).  Not too far up the road from you, very competent and totally honest.

Remove it! Less weight, better flow and with the windows down you will be fine :happy2:
