Title: NEEEEDING HELP........Lights

Just had the car back from full service etc. over the past 24 hours I've started losing lights.....

1. One rear number plate
2. Drivers puddle light
3. Other number plate light
4. Drivers footwell light
5. One brake light

ANY idea ppl really in need of help here.......surely not coincidence?

Been scanned all faults were cleared when it left garage. His lights starting going.......?
