I bought some from an advert very similar to that one about four months ago. They lasted one week and the metal layer came flying off with a garden hose wash!!! Don't know about these one's though, seem really good for the price. I paid about £6.50 for mine.

These look genuine VW parts to me from the photos.

They look like copies, aren't genuine ones made in Italy too?

But if they fit well and don't deform, then it's a winner.

I have just received a set of these with the same part number, but paid £9 for them.  They look decent quality and are solidly built.  Not had them on the car yet as I am waiting until the wheels have been refurbed
