While washing my car today I noticed that my radiator fins are all bent, any idea how much will a new rad set me bk?& also where is the best place to buy?
Ps is the golfR rad same as a ed30 rad?

Had to replace mine recently as it burst, was £77 from a local parts distributor, not sure what price they are online but for a standard one i'd guess it would be about that! It's a fair job replacing it if you haven't before, whole front end has to come off, unlike other cars where they can just drop out. I found plenty of guides online no bother though :happy2:

Had mine replaced recently at my local Indy. It was about £150 for a genuine VW radiator and the same again to fit it.

My mistake...it's the AC rad

I wouldnt worry about it to be honest. If you are concerned about reduction in "through-flow", impacting the efficiency of the intercooler then just remove the rad. altogether. :happy2:
