Millers nanodrive is the best.. But will more then likey need to get it online so can be a pain and not really necessary unless highly tuned and used on track.. Castrol edge/mobil 1 will be fine and easy to get from halfords etc

Every day driving + a bit of fast road driving =quantum 5w-30
A lot of fast road driving + track days upgrade your oil to millers nanodrive 5w-40 or motul power v300 5w-40

Just ordered some Millers Nanodrive 5W/40 from Opie Oils on here for the next service due on mine. Will report back, running Castrol Edge 5W/30 at present.

What about a group buy for the Millers Nanodrive 5W/40  :happy2:

 :popcornsoda:

I'm sure Vrs Alex or the opie oil man could do us a forum discount  :jumpmove:

Everyone would more than likely be wanting to order 2 x 5lt drums, the extra one for top-ups...

this Quantum is cheapest & best vw spec 507
http://moto-oil.co.uk/quantum-longlife-iii-5w-30-?search=quantum

or pay more for personal well being, I've got better oil than you syndrome  :P

well I do anyway by putting vw dealer shell in mine, specially developed AV-L for vw's with DPFs  :jumpmove:

Which is it shell Helix as well ? 5w30 or 40? I think for these engine 30 weight is better than 40, but maybe I'm wrong

Ipswich & Essex vw all use shell as well.
I get the feeling shell developed helix ultra 507.00 AV-L 5W30 with vw, specifically for vw, to overcome vw's DPF clogging problems......just a feeling....
