Usually take mine to Statllers but they aren't available for another month.
Need brakes fitting and service done. Any recommendations?
-
Try debbie dingles in emmerdale, guys start work there cleaning the cars and within a month are fully qualified mechanics :signLOL:
-
More of an Eastenders man. Phil mitchell is a bit far though

I have used ABC, good set of guys. They fitted my dogbone mount and ARBs plus a four wheel alignment.
They know what their doing there, only problem I had was they are all polish and I'm not great with accents.
Got must of it with a bit of nodding along lool
-
I see well may pop in to see them to have brakes fitted and then go see statller for a service and stage 2 next month!
-
Had 4 wheel alignment done on the Leon at ABC pudsey, was abit apprehensive to start with, but they spent a few hours on the leon and got it spot on, car drives so much better and has not destroyed the tyres this time, like it did when it went to JCT600!!!
-
JJB in York are very good but a bit pricey. They get a great write up on the Audi SRS forum.

Ask for a guy called Artur, he is the chief tech there :happy2:

Has anybody has any dealings with German Marques which is near Attercliffe in Sheffield?
I'm also looking for a decent VW specialist around Sheffield kin of area for future services. I've also seen Statller too.

Nice. Did you have you fluid changed at same time, or just the brakes
-
Yep fluid also. Will be headed back though as my hel brake hoses have not arrived yet so will also have them fitted.

Yeah that is a great price then. Did you take your own brake fluid or did he use his. How many liters did it need and what brand did you go for?
-
Nope he used his not sure of the brand but it was Dot 4 and unsure of much it needed
Going back on mon to get few bits and bobs sorted along with fog lights changed to the bright white led looking ones :happy2:

Has anybody used "German Marques" in Sheffield before? It's near Attercliffe.
I currently looking at where to have future servicing done in the near future and so far the favourite is Statller but German Marques is a little closer to Centertainment so it's easier to walk there and chill out for a while while work is completed on the car.
-
Never used them but i usually make the 50 mile trip and its worth it. Steve's a good guy and gave me and the mrs a lift to meadow hall while we waited for work to be completed :happy2:
