How important is it to bed in new brakes and pads. Just had mine fitted. And what exactly is the correct method?
-
Depends on what type of pads you have fitted.

Ferodo ds2500's on fronts. Brembo on rears and the discs are oem

I would do a few deceleration runs from 80 to 20 without abs coming into action till you get some brake fade then cool down.
You may find the braking inconsistent as both front and rears have new pads.

Cheers will get on it now!
