Errrrm  not sure if you can see Niki without having an account on FB.

May be worth setting up an account, but only adding pages that interest you (like Niki, AKS tuning, Statllers etc). Niki is always putting on pics of cars he's tuned, explaining problems he has found etc.

Got around 420bhp but not sure how much lbft, would be 440ish bhp if they took the sportscat off & used a de-cat instead..

Don't want to push it too hard...think Alex told me it is 1.5bar boost
420bhp & 410lbft

Niki mentioned in another thread with the right supporting hardware (Decat is part of it), this is good for 460bhp.

With 420bhp, must be a bit of a weapon on the road

Sorry for reviving an old thread but were you running the HTA with stock CDL internals?

Hi Tommy

Yh Dan was running this on standard internals

Did he ever run into any problems, e.g. bent rods? I'm contemplating fitting a gtx3071r to a CDL with stock internals but I don't know ho far you can push the stock rods and pistons. Ive spoke with Steve @ Statlers and he has done plenty of big turbo conversions to CDL's running stock internals. He said all you really need to do is fit ARP head studs, a Cometic compression reduction head gasket, dial the boost down, and your good to go.

I would add ARP rod bolts to that list too.

Already ordered some along with a custom head gasket. Just need to decide on the turbo now
