Title: How to contact someone?

Been a member for a while now but never really posted anything, how many posts do I need before i can comment on a post on the sale section as someone is selling a set of wheels but can't comment and don't want them going before I get chance to message him.
Is there any other way of contacting him. Orrrr if someone could be a star and message him for me :D
