Hi all, I want to fit a gti valance to my GT. I know it will fit but I read someone's build thread and he said he had to fit gti arch liners also. I've not found any other comments about this. Could someone please confirm if this is correct, thanks luke

yeah they are different, i just left my standard arch lines and used cable ties insted of screws for the 2 spare holes. hope that helps bud

not sure you do. i fitted a GTI rear valance to my 55 place (old shape) GT and it went straight on. a good trick is to boil some water and let it cool a little then as you fitting the valance and working your way round pour the water on the sections that don't pop in and its all fits together really easily. other wise it can be a right bit*h

the valence fit fine its just the inner wheel arches are smaller on the normal bumper so theres a small gap and the screw holes dont like up, can only tell if your looking for it mind
