You are doing something VERY wrong!!
Cost me £25 to send a front bumper/spoiler/splitter with Interparcel.
Have a look on ebay at what other people are charging for postage of a simitar item. Will give you an idea of what it should be costing you. :happy2:

I'm working on the basis its 175cm long 80 h 80 wide and 3kg weight?
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

I have broken 2 whole cars for spares and send the lot (apart from 2 items) via Interparcel. I am always extremely conservative on the size and weight of any items I send and without exception all items are picked up and delivered safely.
The only 2 items I sent through someone other than Interparcel were sent via Parcelforce.
1st, an intercooler, arrived badly damaged. :fighting:
The 2nd, a pair of turbo elbows, vanished off the face of the earth!! :congrats:
For your rear bumper I would put the size as 150x20x65cm and 3kg weight and wrap it well with bubble wrap and cardboard corners. (Your 80cm thick measurement is from wheelarch to number plate not the actual thickness of the bumper through any one section). This is the method I have used to send front bumper, rear bumper, bonnet, boot and spoiler, body panels etc. and all picked up and delivered without fail. :happy2:

Car Bumpers are prohibited on Interparcel :(
-
You are sending a "Rear Valance" and/or a "Splitter", no mention of these being restricted/prohibited.
As I have already said I have had absolutely NO problems and I'm sure I'm not alone. :happy2:

Its probably the same with most. But i use to work with parcelforce and you would be horified to see how they fling stuff about.
I wouldnt use parcelforce after seeing what i seen.
