Usual sort of thing this mate. I get 'em from banks I don't even have an account with, and they just send them to as many folk as they can in the hope they catch the odd one or two.
I'd remove your email address from the pic to prevent other scammers farming it and what have you.
-
Get these on a daily basis even though I don't bank with them...
-
Yeah they send out thousands on the hope that if even 1 or 2 people fall for it they're onto a winner.
Hotmail seem pretty good filtering then straight to junk though
-
I get loads of emails from all the banks even tho I'm only with natwest and just ignore them all and never click the links.
Easiest way to tell is the email address its from, I've had loads from the banks but from a paypal email :stupid:

Come on, did you seriously think that email was from Natwest? The website link is just comical - nwolb.com :signLOL:

nwolb
NatWest Online Banking
Makes sense to me :fighting2: :fighting2: :fighting2: :fighting2:

^ It's a good bit of spam as Natwest themselves do indeed own the https://www.nwolb.com/ domain.
Google it, it's the first result.
-
All they've done is list the Nat West On Line Banking website, and behind that it'll link to a different website. If you hover the mouse over the link (it won't on the one above as it's a screenshot of the email) it will say "Links to www.scammerdomain.com" or suchlike.

didn't think it was of the bank but some body might
-
use nwolb.com most days!
-
I've only ever known Natwest to be Natwest.co.uk - but yeah I agree the link behind it can point to something else, hence I always hover over links to see what site it actually points to
Like most banks online banking is part of their main website. But then I never use NW so didn't realise they've been using nwolb

I never read any emails etc from the bank. If they want to tell me something important they will either write to me or ring me. If they ring me and i'm suspicious i ask for their name and tell them i will call them back.
