Does anyone have a contact name/email for VW please?

I need to send them an email regarding the paint warranty.

Normally first thing to do is ring your local dealer and they'll have a warranty bloke, make an appointment to see him and then take it from there.

This has all been done..............they have accepted 80%

Need to now speak with VW to say WHAT THE HELL !!

Basically they have agreed to do my car 80% but wanted £1800 for the tailgate   :jumping: need to see what they say......rusted to hell :(

Don't know his title/rank, but he was at a level to be able to negotiate. Hope this helps...

Called them asked me who David Townend is department/area? any idea?

They have told me just to email customer services?

That's the way, doubt he will answer the phone. you could be kept on hold for a while
