Title: R32 bumper

Hi everyone I've just won a genuine mk5 r32 front bumper on eBay in need of a bit of tlc and respray for a good price to put on my tdi to smarten the front up a little, however the bumper is bare so I need grills, so my question is does anyone know if the Gti or jetta upper grill fit on the r32 bumper? as I know they are interchangeable between the 2 previously mentioned models but I'm not sure if they'll fit on the r32 bumper and I can't find a genuine r32 upper grill anywhere, thanks guys

GT / GTI grilles will not fit r32.

They are also quite expensive from dealer and come as a complete set iirc.

Do you need the chrome number plate holder too?

It will need all the bits mate it's just a completely bare bumper it looks like not being as cheap as I thought then lol

Keep an eye on eBay and the classified for spare grills and the such. Also get yourself over to the R32 Owners Club website as there's probably loads for sale over there.

This probably explains why you won it cheap pal, the grills are steep at the stealers so arguably the shell itself aint worth a lot on its todd.

Good luck sourcing the parts tho, ebay will be your friend  :happy2:
