Title: Neuspeed vs forge SS kit for GTI?
Post by: Black9 on July 07, 2014, 08:23:42 pm
Going to buy one the above for my GTI. Has anyone used both? The neuspeed short shifter kit is quite a bit more expensive but I know forge also gets good reviews across the board for most of their products...

Any other alternatives I should be considering?

I had the Forge front-back and side-side ones fitted with 42DD bushes and AKS gearbox bushes and was brilliant.

The side-side one is a waste of money though tbh

Pop on eBay, search for Mk4 Golf short shift. There are some on there for 35 quid shipped. Used loads of them on the mk5.
